Night Before Christmas Campaign

That the Parliament congratulates the Night Before Christmas Campaign for helping 7,898 children and vulnerable adults at Christmas 2023 through its Red Bags Full of Joy initiative; understands that the charity, which is based in Annbank, uses donations from members of the public to make up gift bags, which are given to children and adults who would otherwise go without at Christmas time; further understands that the 2023 donations are the equivalent to £394,900 in monetary value; applauds founder, Jodie McFarlane, and her team of volunteer "elves" for their year-round efforts in supporting local families at Christmas, and wishes them the very best for the 2024 campaign.
